PATIENT HELP DESK:

1.PROTOCOL FOR SURGERY UNDER CASHLESS:

  1. Decide date for surgery
  2. Contact Dr Joshi for date availability and inform which hospital you have chosen.
  3. Do preoperative investigations and MEDICAL FITNESS FROM PHYSICIAN ( MD MEDICINE)
  4. Go to hospital chosen, find out insurance department.
  5. Get cashless form. Fill up the details and ask them to send it for cashless approval.
  6. If insurance company raises any query, share it with your doctor( dr joshi) and reply.
  7. Once insurance company gives approval share it with the doctor.
  8. Get admitted on the day of surgery. Ask hospital admission department, to keep bed for you on the day of surgery. Or else you may get admitted one day prior.
  9. You will get discharge next day of surgery in case of ear surgery.
  10. In case of nose discharge will be on third day and in head and neck surgery, 4th day, subject to well being.

Whole process of discharge may take time due to insurance delay, and be prepared to get discharge by afternoon or evening. Keep calm

2.PROTOCOL FOR SURGERY UNDER REIMBURSEMENT CATEGORY:

  1. Decide date for surgery
  2. Contact Dr Joshi for date availability and inform which hospital you have chosen.
  3. Do preoperative investigations and MEDICAL FITNESS FROM PHYSICIAN ( MD MEDICINE)
  4. Get admitted on the day of surgery.
  5. You may get discharge on the same evening in case of ear and nose surgery or you may get discharged next day early morning.
  6.  In case of head and neck surgery, discharge may take ¾ days subject to well being.
  7. Before discharge get reimbursement form filled and send to insurance company and get reimbursed from insurance company in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on company policy.

CT SCAN OF PARANASL SINUSES

 XRAY MASTOID ( BOTH RT & LT) SCHULLERS VIEW

PT AUDIOMETRY( HEARING TEST)
